VP Product Management, Threat Protection

For our client, we are seeking a VP Product Management, Threat Protection to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This senior leadership role will shape product strategy across pricing, competitive positioning, and platform integration in a complex, high-growth environment. The position will partner closely with the CEO, board, and executive leadership to secure investment, drive alignment, and ensure the product portfolio delivers strong business outcomes. It also requires building a scalable product operating model, developing top product talent, and defining how AI informs strategy and prioritization across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $216,000 – $324,000 annually Responsibilities Own and shape the product strategy for the division, encompassing pricing, competitive positioning, and platform integration Present major investment plans to the CEO and board, detailing ROI and risk mitigation Take accountability for P&L-related outcomes of the product portfolio Architect the operating model, culture, and talent strategy for the entire product organization Develop succession plans and pipelines for senior product talent Build a leadership team with expertise in AI strategy influencing investment decisions Manage complexities across talent, strategy, culture, and executive alignment in a large product organization Utilize AI analytics to steer investment priorities across multiple product teams Define and implement the AI capability vision for the product organization Qualifications 10+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software product management, with VP or GM scope experience Proven ability to secure investments from boards or executive teams Experience in building and running a complete product organization operating model Demonstrated revenue ownership linked to ARR or go-to-market transitions Strong executive presence for effectively representing product strategy Deep understanding of AI applications in product strategy and decision-making Cybersecurity or high-trust software experience is highly desirable Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Flexible work arrangements Professional development opportunities Incentive plans linked to performance Supportive company culture fostering innovation and collaboration Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
