VP, Private Banker

About the role

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Private Banker to build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth and affluent clients. You will provide tailored banking, lending, and wealth solutions, serving as the primary advisor for complex personal and business financial needs. Responsibilities include business development, portfolio management, credit structuring, and coordination with wealth, treasury, and commercial banking partners. You'll uphold our relationship-driven culture, support community initiatives, and mentor junior bankers while ensuring compliance, credit quality, and exceptional client service across assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent clients, serving as primary relationship manager.
• Originate, structure, and manage consumer and commercial credit solutions within bank risk guidelines.
• Cross-sell banking, treasury, and wealth management products to meet client needs and deepen relationships.
• Prospect and network to acquire new clients, driving portfolio growth and revenue goals.
• Conduct financial reviews to understand client goals and recommend tailored banking and lending strategies.
• Collaborate with wealth management, commercial, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, and profitability, taking action to mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and documentation standards.
• Represent the bank in community and business organizations to enhance visibility and referrals.
• Coach and mentor junior bankers and associates, supporting a collaborative, client-focused culture.
