  • Strategic Leadership & Growth Ownership

    • Own the overall growth marketing strategy and performance across all channels
    • Accountability to patient growth, CAC, LTV, retention, and efficiency targets
    • Develop and execute a multi-year growth roadmap
    • Partner closely with executive leadership
    • Build financial models to forecast growth, LTV:CAC ratios, payback periods, conversion trends, and channel contribution
    • Lead recurring executive-level performance reviews

    • Lead and optimize multi-channel growth efforts
    • Implement sophisticated attribution strategies, incrementality testing, and measurement frameworks
    • Partner with Creative and Brand teams
    • Identify and test new growth opportunities
    • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing teams
  • Team Leadership & Hybrid Operating Model

    • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing growth marketing organization
    • Manage agency relationships
    • Support ongoing professional development
  • Channel Expansion & Diversification

    • Develop and scale partnership initiatives
    • Explore offline and experiential growth opportunities
    • Build a diversified growth portfolio
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Product and Digital Experience teams
    • Collaborate with Lifecycle, Content, and Community teams
    • Align with Brand and Communications teams
    • Work alongside Clinical and Legal teams
  • Analytics, Measurement & Optimization

    • Own growth analytics infrastructure
    • Leverage data and analytics for decision making
    • Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Success In First 90 Days

  • Month 1: Assess, Align & Stabilize
  • Month 2: Optimize, Build & Expand
  • Month 3: Scale & Prove Impact

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience leading growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition, or full-funnel growth functions
  • Must have DTC Telehealth, full-funnel acquisition, and paid attribution experience
  • Proven success scaling multi-million dollar growth programs
  • Deep expertise across paid media platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, lifecycle, and emerging growth channels
  • Experience building and leading high-performing remote teams
  • Experience expanding growth strategies beyond traditional paid media
  • Strong analytical background with experience in attribution modeling, forecasting, funnel optimization, unit economics, and growth analytics
