Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven executive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, with deep end-to-end expertise across Patient Access, HIM, Mid-Revenue Cycle, Denials, and Business Office functions.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and experience leading large-scale transformation, change management, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CRCR or related certification preferred.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial health of you and your family, including healthcare, time off, retirement, and well-being programs.
  • Culture rooted in collaboration, growth, and innovation.
  • Professional development opportunities, including a professional certification relevant to your field and tuition reimbursement.
  • Quarterly and annual incentive programs for all employees.

Pay

This position pays between $200K - $300K.
