Job Description

The Role:

The Vice President, Organic Social & Creator Networks is responsible for redefining how A+E Global Media builds lasting relationships with audiences in an increasingly platform-driven entertainment landscape. This executive will lead the transformation of Organic Social & Creator Networks from a promotional marketing function into a strategic audience development capability that builds passionate fandoms around the company's brands, genres, franchises, and intellectual property.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in digital marketing, audience development, organic social media, creator partnerships, media, entertainment, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years leading high-performing, cross-functional teams within matrixed organizations.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated success developing long-term audience strategies for major consumer brands, media companies, entertainment properties, or platform-based businesses.
• Deep expertise across today's evolving social ecosystem, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Meta platforms, emerging creator ecosystems, and future platform trends.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Proven Experience

• Proven experience developing creator or influencer partnership strategies at scale.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation by influencing stakeholders, evolving established ways of working, and building alignment around new strategic priorities.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate audience insights into business strategy and executive decision-making.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire change across all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing agencies, strategic partnerships, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Passion for entertainment, storytelling, audience behavior, digital culture, and innovation.

Compensation

Annual Pay Range: $179,970 - $210,565
Annual Incentive Target: 25.00%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
