VP, Operations Services

Job Purpose

Provide executive leadership for LP's Manufacturing Services organization, setting the strategy, governance, and performance expectations across procurement, environmental, health & safety (EHS), and quality assurance. This role ensures strong alignment between service functions and plant operations to enable safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing execution.

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or related service functions (EHS, quality, procurement)
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise or multi-site organizations
• Strong track record of driving operational performance, safety, and continuous improvement
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating in a matrixed environment
• Able to translate strategy into execution across diverse teams and geographies
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
• Skill in budget development and management

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, including responsibility for large-scale operations, strategic planning, and execution required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business or related field required
• Advanced degree preferred
