Position Summary We are seeking a highly effective leader to drive execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across the firm’s Operations & Technology organization. This role provides leadership across Operations, Technology, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Operations, Project Management, and Client Services, ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively executed, operational risks are proactively managed, and business processes continue to evolve in support of the firm’s objectives. Working across multiple business functions, this individual will lead operational improvement initiatives, strengthen governance, optimize business processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with senior leadership while exercising significant independence in driving cross-functional initiatives, improving operational performance, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships across the organization while exercising sound judgment, fostering accountability, improving operational effectiveness, and delivering measurable outcomes in a dynamic investment management environment. The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
