About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans for key clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client networks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools

Pay

Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 per year
