About the role
The VP of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team in achieving aggressive revenue targets. This role requires a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales and be able to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of sales leadership and management
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%

Pay
$180,000 - $220,000 annually
