VP of Regional Sales - Employers & Health Plans (West Region)

For our client, we are seeking a VP of Regional Sales - Employers & Health Plans (West Region) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead regional sales efforts focused on employers, health plans, and channel partners across the West Region. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic relationships, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle in a complex B2B environment. This is a highly visible position that partners closely with consultants and internal stakeholders to expand market reach and achieve profitable growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $142,100 – $236,800 annually Responsibilities Lead business development efforts to meet sales quotas and profitability goals Develop and execute strategies for immediate revenue growth Assess opportunities and risks to drive client engagement Guide prospects through the entire sales lifecycle from sourcing to closing Leverage existing relationships to connect with decision-makers Collaborate with consultants and strategic partners to create sales opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required 7+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in complex sales environments Experience selling to health plans, human resources, and brokers/consultants preferred Proven ability to influence decisions at all organizational levels Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal Experience in a team-selling environment Willingness to travel up to 50% Benefits Competitive compensation package including base pay and performance incentives Annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunities available Comprehensive benefits as part of the company's total rewards program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
