We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "Join a Community Where People Matter ..." then Position Summary, then What You'll Do with subheadings (Strategic Leadership, Workforce Planning & Organizational Development, Culture, Engagement & Retention Strategy, Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards, Compliance & Risk Management, Department Leadership). Then Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, The Ideal Candidate, Why Deerfield? Also maybe Benefits? Not explicit. Pay? Not given. Schedule? Not given. So we should not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless present. Benefits not listed explicitly; there is mention of total rewards but not benefits specifics. So we should not create a Benefits section. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we need to map content to appropriate headings. The instructions: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So they expect those specific headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should use those headings where applicable. But we also have other headings like Position Summary, What You'll Do, etc. The instruction says use those headings for sections; but we can also have other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It might be that we should only use those as possible section headings; but we can also have other headings if needed? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. However they also say "Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we need to decide which sections to include. We have content: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph). Responsibilities (What You'll Do). Requirements (Required Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications). Skills? Not explicit. Benefits? Not explicit. Pay? Not given. Schedule? Not given. Thus we can include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. Possibly also "The Ideal Candidate" could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? Might be separate but we could incorporate into Qualifications. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep it as a subsection under Qualifications or as its own section with heading like "Ideal Candidate". However the instruction says use those example headings; but we could still use other headings if needed. Safer to stick to the given headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. Then we can put the rest under those. Let's extract content: About the role: The introductory paragraphs: "Join a Community Where People Matter Founded in 1955, Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community is a faith-based, nonprofit, open to all, Continuing Care Retirement Community located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. Home to 650 residents and 380 employees, and growing, Deerfield is committed to providing exceptional service while fostering a culture built on respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. This role provides the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce, strengthen our culture, and help Deerfield attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent while supporting our mission and long-term success." Also Position Summary: "The Vice President of Human Resources serves as Deerfield's senior Human Resources leader, reporting directly to the President & CEO. This role provides leadership for all Human Resources functions and is responsible for shaping the strategies, programs, and practices that support our people, strengthen our culture, and advance Deerfield's mission. The Vice President leads workforce planning, organizational and leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, employee engagement and retention, compliance, and risk management, while partnering with leaders throughout the organization to build an exceptional employee experience and a thriving workplace community." We can combine these into About the role section. Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" bullet points grouped under headings: Strategic Leadership, Workforce Planning & Organizational Development, Culture, Engagement & Retention Strategy, Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards, Compliance & Risk Management, Department Leadership. Each has multiple bullet-like sentences. We need to output as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can create a
      with each responsibility as
    • . Could also group under subheadings but not required. We'll just list each duty. Requirements: Required Qualifications bullet list: Bachelor's degree..., Minimum of 10 years..., Minimum of 5 years..., Demonstrated success..., Strong knowledge... Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications bullet list: Master's degree..., SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification..., Experience in healthcare..., Experience supporting workforce growth... Also The Ideal Candidate: bullet list of traits. Could be part of Qualifications or separate section "Skills"? But we have no Skills section. Could treat as Qualifications as well. But we already have Qualifications for preferred. Could add another section "Skills" for ideal candidate traits. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include Skills section for ideal candidate traits. Why Deerfield? Could be part of About the role or separate? Could be a section "About the role" already includes mission. Could add a section "Why Deerfield?" but not in list. Might be okay to add as a paragraph under About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement. At end there is "Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community is an Equal Opportunity Employer." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML:

      About the role

Join a Community Where People Matter Founded in 1955, Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community is a faith-based, nonprofit, open to all, Continuing Care Retirement Community located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. This role provides the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce, strengthen our culture, and help Deerfield attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent while supporting our mission and long-term success. The Vice President of Human Resources serves as Deerfield's senior Human Resources leader, reporting directly to the President & CEO. This role provides leadership for all Human Resources functions and is responsible for shaping the strategies, programs, and practices that support our people, strengthen our culture, and advance Deerfield's mission. The Vice President leads workforce planning, organizational and leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, employee engagement and retention, compliance, and risk management, while partnering with leaders throughout the organization to build an exceptional employee experience and a thriving workplace community.

      Responsibilities

      • Strategic Leadership: Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and contribute to organizational planning and decision-making; develop and execute Deerfield's Human Resources strategic plan; align workforce initiatives with organizational goals and future growth; provide executive consultation and coaching to leaders across the organization.
      • Workforce Planning & Organizational Development: Lead workforce planning and talent strategies that ensure Deerfield attracts, develops, and retains top talent; oversee succession planning and leadership pipeline development; guide organizational change initiatives and workforce transitions; support leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
      • Culture, Engagement & Retention Strategy: Establish Deerfield's employee engagement, retention, and culture strategy; review workforce metrics, engagement data, and retention trends to identify opportunities and priorities; sponsor initiatives that strengthen employee experience, recognition, communication, and workplace culture; partner with leaders to promote a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven work environment.
      • Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards: Oversee compensation philosophy, salary administration, and total rewards strategies; ensure compensation and benefit programs remain competitive and fiscally responsible; review market trends and recommend enhancements that support recruitment and retention goals.
      • Compliance & Risk Management: Provide executive oversight of employment law compliance and workforce policies; advise leaders regarding employment-related risk management; oversee significant employee relations matters and complex workplace investigations; partner with legal counsel and external resources as needed.
      • Department Leadership: Lead and develop the Human Resources team; establish departmental goals, priorities, and performance measures; manage departmental budgets and resources; foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
      • Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
      • Minimum of 5 years of senior HR leadership experience.
      • Demonstrated success leading multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
      • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

      Qualifications

      • Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
      • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification (preferred).
      • Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, nonprofit, or another complex service-based environment (preferred).
      • Experience supporting workforce growth, organizational change, and leadership succession planning (preferred).

      Skills

      • Strategic thinker who can connect workforce initiatives to business outcomes.
      • Trusted advisor who builds strong relationships with leaders and employees.
      • Influential leader with exceptional judgment and integrity.
      • Comfortable balancing strategy with practical execution.
      • Passionate about employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development.
      • Committed to Deerfield's mission and values.
We could also add a short paragraph about Why Deerfield? but maybe not needed as we already covered mission. Could add a paragraph under About the role already includes mission. The "Why Deerfield?" section is basically: "At Deerfield, employees are part of something bigger. We believe our team members are our greatest asset, and we are committed to creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. If you are looking for an opportunity to help shape the future of an exceptional organization while making a meaningful difference in the lives of employees and residents, we encourage you to apply." This is substantive; we could add a

after Skills or as its own section "Why Deerfield?" but not in the list. However we could incorporate into About the role as a closing paragraph. Let's add a paragraph after the About the role content: "At Deerfield, employees are part of something bigger. We believe our team members are our greatest asset, and we are committed to creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. If you are looking for an opportunity to help shape the future of an exceptional organization while making a meaningful difference in the lives of employees and residents, we encourage you to apply." Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first the intro+position summary, second the Why Deerfield? content. Now ensure no boilerplate: removed EEO line. Now output
