VP of Finance

About the Role

The Vice President of Finance will play a critical leadership role in shaping the financial strategy and health of the organization. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, including experience as a senior finance executive
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and corporate finance
• Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a complex business environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
