VP of Finance
About the role
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on VP of Finance to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the parent company, this role will lead all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, compliance, and business analytics while helping drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, KPI reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, and financial strategy
- Partnership with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales leadership
- Role in enterprise transformation initiatives, including the implementation and optimization of Epicor ERP
Requirements
12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Strong manufacturing finance and cost accounting background
Experience leading ERP implementations or major systems transformations
Proven ability to partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Experience building and developing high-performing teams
Qualifications
CPA and/or MBA preferred

Benefits
$200K - $260K+ base salary
35% bonus and long-term incentive plan
