Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Architect and evolve a cloud‑based, AI‑enabled enterprise applications landscape, ensuring alignment with business strategy and emerging technology trends
- Evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and business value of existing applications; develop strategies to modernize, consolidate, or replace systems
- Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics, including generative AI, predictive modeling, and intelligent workflows
- Establish and promote best practices for application usage, governance, and lifecycle management
- Ensure applications meet business requirements, security standards, compliance needs, and performance expectations
- Strategic and Tactical Execution: Lead the roadmap and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, including Finance and Project Operations
- Lead the roadmap and implementation of a Field Services solution and integrate with the ERP
- Research, evaluate, and recommend enterprise software solutions with a strong emphasis on cloud platforms and AI‑driven tools
- Architect and maintain end-to-end data pipelines by extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) complex transactional data from ERP systems into optimized Power BI data models
- Architect and maintain secure, bidirectional data integration pipelines to synchronize real-time data between Dynamics 365 and third-party enterprise platforms
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new applications, enhancements, and integrations across the enterprise
- Direct analysts, designers, developers, and QA resources; collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful testing, adoption, and change management
- Ensure all integrations and customizations meet functional, security, and architectural standards
- Manage relationships with key software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers
- Operational Management: Lead and mentor the enterprise applications team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure applications are optimized for performance, reliability, and security
- Maintain an accurate inventory of enterprise applications, licenses, contracts, and vendor agreements
- Oversee the creation of training materials, documentation, and user‑enablement programs; deliver training sessions as needed
- Drive operational excellence through AI‑powered automation, workflow optimization, and process redesign
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of five years leading an enterprise applications or business systems team
- Proven experience leading a full ERP implementation, including Finance, Project Operations and Field Service
- Experience leading enterprise business intelligence, analytics and data quality initiatives
- Minimum of five years of experience in a field‑services or construction‑driven organization
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, AI capabilities, and modern integration frameworks
- Background implementing or optimizing enterprise data platforms, analytics tools, or AI‑driven solutions
- Proficiency with project management tools, and strong MS Office skills
- Strong leadership skills, including hiring, developing, and managing technical teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive outcomes
- Experience estimating project costs and managing budgets
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with modern ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and related technologies (Power Platform, Azure, Fabric, AI Builder, Copilot, etc.)
- Experience designing, delivering, and supporting Fabric data pipelines, lakehouses and warehouses in a high-volume, real-time architecture
- Experience leading AI, automation, and process‑reengineering initiatives
- Six Sigma, Lean, or Continuous Improvement experience
