• Experience building and scaling design teams, with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design vision and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
