VP of Data

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s enterprise data strategy
• Establish Snowflake as the authoritative source of truth for data
• Enable company leaders to understand performance and make informed decisions
• Translate business questions into robust analytical systems
• Develop mechanisms to identify emerging risks and opportunities
• Establish a framework for company-wide metric governance
• Build a high-performing data organization leveraging AI tools

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
• 5+ years leading data teams and managing senior leaders
• Proven success in building or transforming data functions in growing SaaS or tech firms
• Deep understanding of modern cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with data transformation tools such as dbt and ingestion platforms like Fivetrain
