VP of Data and AI

About the role
The Health Coach will work closely with clients to develop personalized wellness plans, provide support and guidance, and facilitate behavior change. You will also assist in managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized wellness plans for clients
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to achieve their health goals
- Facilitate behavior change through motivational interviewing techniques
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, public health, nutrition)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with motivational interviewing techniques
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for promoting health and wellness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
