VP of Business Development (South Jersey)

Complete Care Management is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across our South Jersey region. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving census, strengthening referral pipelines, and building high-impact partnerships across hospitals, health systems, and the community. This position requires a hands-on leader who can both develop strategy and execute in the field alongside regional teams.
