Skills & Qualifications

  • Located within the Midwest, and able to commute/travel to clients in Illinois and Ohio.
  • A dynamic leader with a deep understanding of staffing in the Midwest, specifically in the warehouse, logistics and supply chain marketplace.
  • Experience selling within the grocery inbound/outbound industry, distribution, manufacturing, warehouse and light industrial.
  • Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs in the above industries.
  • Ideal candidate thrived in large, high volume staffing environments, with experience winning multi-million dollar staffing deals.
  • Mastery in presenting to senior leadership teams and executives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
