VP of Accounting & Finance

About the role

The VP of Accounting & Finance will provide strategic financial leadership as a key member of the executive team for a growing, multi-location manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, cash flow management, financial reporting, and banking relationships while ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership and ownership to drive business performance through financial modeling, capital planning, cash flow management, acquisition analysis, and data-driven recommendations that support long-term business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team while driving process improvements, automation, and financial transformation initiatives that support long-term business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA preferred; MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within manufacturing preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with expertise in accounting, financial reporting, banking, cash management, and operational finance within a complex business environment.
• Strategic, hands-on leader with exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and effectively manages multiple priorities.
• Excellent communicator with high ethical standards, sound judgment, and advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Annual salary range: $165,000 – $175,000 USD.
