VP, Non-Delegated Account Management Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Account Managers for our Non-Delegated business channel.
• Accountable for the operational management of client loan pipelines and overall relationships.
• Maintain client accounts (pipeline management), including managing aged loans.
• Lead regular client calls and follow up on escalations as needed.
• Bring leadership ability to manage escalations and look for ways to improve processes.
• Facilitate loan review throughput and meet client and organizational expectations regarding service level, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure client communications meet quality expectations in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Seek out and remediate process improvement opportunities with internal business groups.
• Audit loan files to ensure accuracy of various reviews.
• Manage seller complaints to focus on prevention rather than reaction to client concerns.
• Lead and develop a team: responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of related experience in Mortgage Operations and Originations, Wholesale Mortgage Lending, Client Facing or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate experience with MS Office products.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with client or customer facing mortgage in the correspondent or wholesale space, Mortgage Loan Processing or Underwriting experience.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
