You will work directly alongside EPL's founding partners, lead your own deal pipeline, and help build the firm's sell-side platform in the lower middle market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of investment banking experience with a client acquisition M&A focus
• Demonstrated track record originating mandates independently, not solely executing deals sourced by others
• Deep sector knowledge in one or more of B2B tech
• Able to guide owners through high-stakes, emotionally complex sale processes with credibility and composure
• Autonomous operator: able to manage multiple mandates simultaneously without institutional support infrastructure

Benefits

• 100% success-fee revenue share (on retainers and success fess)
• No base salary
• Total compensation negotiated individually based on origination and execution contribution

Pay

Terms negotiated individually based on origination and execution contribution. For a partner closing 3 to 5 transactions annually in this segment, total compensation is commensurate with senior boutique banking.
