VP, International Software Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a VP, International Software Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This leader will oversee the end-to-end delivery and operational performance of international software-related portfolios across multiple regions. The role is responsible for aligning technology strategy, support coverage, and P&L execution while ensuring strong accountability across local leaders and portfolio teams. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-regional operations, enabling effective decision-making, and strengthening performance in complex global markets. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Own the international software delivery portfolios end-to-end, including P&L and technology strategy Ensure portfolio leaders are effective and accountable for business performance Coordinate operations across APAC and European regions to ensure clarity in accountability and support coverage Oversee the international support organization to align with global operational needs across time zones Design an operating rhythm that enables effective collaboration despite time zone differences Establish continuous coverage practices for support and incident response across regions Enable local leaders to develop fluency in their market's regulatory and competitive landscape Qualifications 12+ years in technology or product leadership roles 5+ years owning an international or multi-region business with P&L accountability Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA preferred Proven success leading teams across multiple regions and time zones while creating alignment without overlap Direct experience managing profit and loss, including pricing and cost management decisions Knowledge of regulations affecting government procurement and data privacy across APAC, Europe, and the UK Preferred experience in automated enforcement or tolling technology businesses Strong track record in talent development and local leader accountability Benefits Opportunity to lead a globally significant portfolio with operational complexity Engagement in high-level strategic decision-making impacting international operations Potential for professional growth by driving performance across diverse markets Encouragement to develop strong local leadership and market fluency Comprehensive exposure to cross-cultural business leaders and practices Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
