Job Summary

A leader in technology and innovation, Southwire Company, LLC is one of North America’s largest wire and cable producers. This role leads the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of ERP application modules across functional and business areas. It assesses user requirements to determine necessary ERP system configuration and customization to ensure optimal functionality. It manages ongoing support for the ERP system, applying expertise to ensure full compatibility with vendor guidelines while troubleshooting and refining processes. Additionally, it oversees Salesforce initiatives within the organization, driving continuous improvement across departments. It actively explores opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance system capabilities, streamline operations, and support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of ERP application modules across functional and business areas.
  • Affirms user requirements to determine necessary ERP system configuration and customization to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Manages ongoing support for the ERP system, applying expertise to ensure full compatibility with vendor guidelines while troubleshooting and refining processes.
  • Oversees Salesforce initiatives within the organization, driving continuous improvement across departments.
  • Actively explores opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance system capabilities, streamline operations, and support strategic business goals.

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of Experience: 15+

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Minimum Education Level: Master's degree
  • Licenses/Certificates: SAP foundational certifications (e.g., SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA modules)

  • Makes decisions that affect the day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Manages a team of 5-10 people.
