VP, Implementation Services

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Implementation Services to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will own the strategy and execution of a global implementation function that supports complex customer onboarding and delivery for financial services and fintech clients. The role will drive consistency, accountability, and service quality across strategic projects while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and cross-functional operations teams. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to build scalable processes, strengthen customer experience, and turn implementation insights into broader business improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Own and manage project implementation for strategic customer projects in finance and fintech. Ensure accountability for project timelines, scope, risk, and service delivery quality with cross-functional teams. Build and launch a dedicated Implementation Services function with necessary systems and processes. Define key performance metrics for the implementation function's success. Feed insights from live projects back into Sales and Product for ongoing improvements. Collaborate with Sales to present a clear implementation roadmap to customers during the sales process. Design the organizational structure and hiring plan for a global Implementation Services team. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project management in financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology. PMP, PgPg, or equivalent project management certification required. Experience onboarding regulated financial institutions or complex B2B fintech payments integrations. Proven ability to build and scale implementation or professional services functions globally. Must possess executive presence for engagement with C-suite stakeholders.
