For our client, we are seeking a VP - Head of Precision Oncology Strategy & Execution to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape and drive the strategy for a precision oncology partnership and execution function, with a strong focus on expanding collaborative relationships across cancer centers, health systems, and research institutions. The role will pair scientific depth with enterprise-level influence, translating complex oncology and molecular testing capabilities into actionable growth and partnership opportunities. You will also help advance clinical research collaborations and real-world evidence initiatives that support improved patient outcomes and program adoption. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute long-term strategy and annual operating plans for the precision oncology alliance Build and strengthen relationships with key cancer center and health system executives Expand strategic institutional partnerships through collaborative initiatives and molecular testing Lead multi-institutional research initiatives and clinical trial collaborations Represent the organization at scientific meetings and forums, identifying new trends and competitive dynamics Increase participation in research and clinical programs while optimizing clinical trial processes Build a high-performing team focused on strategic partnerships and program execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in science, healthcare, business, or related field 12+ years of leadership experience in oncology, precision medicine, or related healthcare fields Strong knowledge of precision oncology and molecular profiling with experience in clinical research and real-world evidence generation Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives Proven success in developing strategic partnerships with academic and clinical institutions Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across various departments Excellent strategic planning and communication skills to convey scientific concepts Benefits Collaborative work environment with a focus on precision oncology Opportunities for career advancement in a growing sector Extensive travel opportunities to major scientific events and institutions Engagement with leading experts and stakeholders in cancer research and treatment Involvement in innovative projects that impact patient outcomes Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
