VP, Head of Epilepsy, R&D

Responsibilities

• Develop epilepsy clinical development strategy aligned with portfolio needs
• Define clinical endpoints and trial designs for epilepsy programs
• Integrate scientific insights into actionable program strategies
• Serve as a primary liaison for the company Scientific Advisory Board in Epilepsy
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with epilepsy experts and organizations

Qualifications

• MD or PhD with specialization in Epilepsy
• Board Certification in Neurology or related subspecialties
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in drug development in academia and pharma
• National or international recognition as an academic epileptologist or epilepsy drug developer
• Proven experience leading team dynamics within global organizations

Pay

• $445,000 – $506,000 annually
