Responsibilities
- Guide financial strategies to enhance performance and value
- Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning processes
- Oversee analyses of operating results to inform decision-making
- Develop strategies to boost financial performance across teams
- Manage the Business Operations Finance team to achieve performance goals
- Support value-based care transformation through effective reporting and forecasting methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of finance and accounting experience
- 5+ years of experience leading a high-performing finance team in a high-growth environment
- Experience with complex, enterprise-wide budgeting processes
- Background in FQHC, Managed Care, or risk-bearing entities preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise planning solutions; Workday and Adaptive Planning preferred
Pay
$239,668 – $299,586 annually
