As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will manage existing Schwab clients, providing them with wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you’ll grow your practice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.
Requirements
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license
- Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during your tenure on the job
Qualifications
- Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client relationship by applying a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client expectations
- Openness to manage wealth on behalf of clients including: Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning
- Ability to adapt and implement change as the market and business conditions evolve
- Passion for community engagement to share and engage clients in discussion about market conditions, sound investing principles, and the ideal wealth and long-term investment strategies for their personal situation
- Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience in addition to furthering your own professional development in Wealth Management
