About the role

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for rail and transit systems.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for project deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in rail or transit engineering.
• Strong understanding of rail and transit systems, including signaling, infrastructure, and operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Experience with rail and transit software tools.
