VP Finance Data and Analytics

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a VP Finance Data and Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This executive will shape the vision and multi-year strategy for Finance Data & Analytics, driving a more modern and insightful approach to reporting and decision support. The role partners closely with Finance and Technology leaders to integrate commercial, operational, and financial data into a more connected analytics environment. The ideal candidate will also guide the adoption of AI and advanced analytics capabilities while building a high-performing team that strengthens enterprise decision-making.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year strategy for Finance Data & Analytics
• Serve as a strategic partner across Finance and Technology teams
• Modernize management reporting and business intelligence frameworks
• Integrate commercial data with financial and operational insights
• Develop and execute a roadmap for AI and advanced analytics applications
• Build a high-performing Finance Data & Analytics organization
• Lead the adoption of new technologies and enhance decision-making processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification preferred
• 12-15+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, data analytics, or transformation
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of FP&A processes
• Experience leading data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytical teams
• Familiarity with data architecture and business intelligence, especially Power BI
• Experience with CRM platforms and integrating commercial and operational data

Pay

$220,000 – $275,000 annually
