Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial modeling activities for the organization
- Refined and maintain complex financial models to support scaling operations, manufacturing ramp-up, and future fundraising initiatives
- Build and oversee financial reporting processes, KPI dashboards, and executive/board reporting packages
- Establish and manage accounting infrastructure, internal controls, and reporting processes in partnership with external accounting providers
- Partner closely with leadership on strategic planning, pricing analysis, margin optimization, and scalability initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, including costing, inventory management, supply chain dynamics, and unit economics
- Support current and future capital raise initiatives, including investor presentations, diligence materials, and financial analysis
- Participate in board meetings and maintain strong relationships with investors and strategic stakeholders
- Evaluate operational and financial risks associated with scaling production and commercialization efforts
- Help optimize international operational and financial structures, including customs, tax considerations, and cross-border logistics
- Build scalable finance processes and infrastructure capable of supporting rapid organizational growth
- Operate as a highly hands-on member of the leadership team with broad exposure across multiple business functions
- Serve as a key liaison with external finance, accounting, tax, legal, and technology partners/vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally within a startup, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environment
- Strong FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and advanced financial modeling experience required
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operational finance, or supply chain-intensive businesses strongly preferred
- Knowledge of costing, inventory management, and unit economics required
- Ability to operate strategically while also executing tactically in a lean and evolving environment
- Experience supporting investor relations, fundraising activities, and board-level reporting preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively across operational and financial teams
- International business exposure, including customs, tax, logistics, or cross-border operations, is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation and sustainability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments

Requirements

$160,000 - $175,000 annually
