About The Role
Branch is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead how we plan for, measure, and understand the financial health of our business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead three teams: financial planning and analysis, product finance, and business insights. Together, these teams give leaders across Branch the numbers and insight they need to make good decisions across all of our departments. This is a senior leadership role. You will run the company's planning process from start to finish, own our long-term financial model, and be a trusted partner to the CFO, the executive team, and the leaders of the organization. You will turn company strategy into clear financial plans, bring a strong point of view on where we should invest, and build a team of managers who can grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Set the direction for the FP&A, product finance, and business insights teams, and make sure their work fits together and supports company goals.
- Run the company's annual plan and long-range financial model from start to finish, including how the process works, what goes into it, and the timeline, with final approval from the CFO.
- Oversee forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis across all departments, including claims, production
