We should not include Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, E-Verify, background check, etc. Also removed "If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability..." etc. Also removed "Review our full benefits available by employment status here." (that's a link). Also removed "U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also removed "The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location..." etc. Also removed "U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records..." etc. Also removed background check details. Also removed "Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies..." etc. Also removed "Posting may be closed earlier due to high volume of applicants." Good. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The intro about mission, job description paragraph, responsibilities list, basic qualifications, preferred skills, benefits list, pay range. Also we included the sentence about "We are looking for a seasoned leader..." which we omitted? Actually we included that in responsibilities? We didn't include that sentence explicitly. It is substantive: "We are looking for a seasoned leader with increasing card management, product management, product development responsibility. A strong customer focus with demonstrated creative thinking and innovation in the financial services space is necessary for success. Credit card partnership experience (in the retail co-brand space) is highly valued. Highly polished written and oral presentation skills, strong facilitation skills and the ability to work in a matrixed organization are required." This could go under Skills or Requirements. It's basically skills. We already have skills list but we missed those specific points. Let's incorporate them into Skills section. Add to Skills: "Seasoned leader with increasing card management, product management, product development responsibility", "Strong customer focus with demonstrated creative thinking and innovation in the financial services space", "Credit card partnership experience (in the retail co-brand space)", "Highly polished written and oral presentation skills", "Strong facilitation skills", "Ability to work in a matrixed organization". Also we already have "Excellent verbal and written communication skills" which overlaps with presentation skills; but we can keep both. Let's update Skills list accordingly. Also we have "Credit Card product experience" already. Thus Skills list: - Seasoned leader with increasing card management, product management, product development responsibility - Strong customer focus with demonstrated creative thinking and innovation in the financial services space - Credit card partnership experience (in the retail co-brand space) - Highly polished written and oral presentation skills - Strong facilitation skills - Ability to work in a matrixed organization - Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area - Demonstrated management and leadership skills - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Advanced knowledge of project management - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Credit Card product experience We could combine some but keep. Now ensure no duplication: we have "Demonstrated management and leadership skills" and also "Seasoned leader..." similar but okay. Now final HTML
