VP, Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This leader will guide engineering strategy at a time of significant transformation, partnering closely with the executive team to align technology direction with business priorities. The role calls for a hands-on engineering executive who can build organizational commitment, maintain momentum through rapid change, and provide credible technical leadership as the company continues evolving its product and platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring experience leading teams in fast-paced environments and will help shape how the organization leverages AI to drive future growth.
