VP, EHR Program
Overview
The VP, EHR Program at Fresenius Medical Care is responsible for leading the EHR transformation program from discovery through post-go-live optimization. This role is the business lead for a successful EHR implementation across Fresenius Kidney Care (FKC) nationally.
Job Description
This position oversees the entire EHR program, including defining the program charter, success metrics, and enterprise roadmap. The role ensures alignment between vendor capabilities, system integrator delivery, and Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) operational outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

Success Profile
A successful candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of senior management experience. They should demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent planning, organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills, proven leadership ability, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with EHR implementation, training, and support, as well as knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical workflows, is also required.
