Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 annually.
About the role
This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Set and maintain the company’s design vision, language, and quality standards across products.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of product designers, enhancing design culture and operational processes.
- Own the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to integrate design throughout the product development process.
- Drive user research and usability testing to inform design decisions based on user needs.
- Advocate for design investment in executive discussions, highlighting the business value of exceptional user experiences.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of product design experience, with at least 4 years leading design teams at a fast-growing tech company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design leadership across consumer or B2B products.
- Deep expertise in design systems, interaction design, and visual design with high craft standards.
- Proven ability to build and grow design teams and foster a thriving design culture.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS design is a strong plus.
- Effective cross-functional partner with the ability to influence without authority.
