VP - Delivery Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Delivery Management organization including managers and leadership roles
• Establish delivery governance frameworks and methodologies for client engagements
• Drive quality and predictability in delivery to enhance client satisfaction and financial performance
• Collaborate with Market Delivery Leaders for successful outcomes across client portfolios
• Oversee complex, high-risk engagements with governance and stakeholder alignment
• Monitor operational performance metrics and client feedback for portfolio health
• Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that could affect delivery outcomes

Qualifications

• 12+ years in leadership roles in consulting or technology sectors
• Experience managing large scale project and delivery management functions
• Accountability for financial performance and client satisfaction in delivery portfolios
• Deep understanding of professional services delivery and resource management
• Leadership in cloud transformation, preferably with Microsoft Azure expertise
• Exceptional skills in executive communication and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred
