VP, Data Science

Responsibilities

• Define and scale experimentation strategy across a complex two-sided marketplace
• Ensure rigorous A/B testing and causal inference for various initiatives
• Build frameworks that consider cross-side marketplace effects
• Own executive dashboards and enterprise reporting at all levels
• Develop and maintain a trusted metrics layer with governance
• Lead applied data science efforts across multiple domains
• Partner with Data Engineering to design experimentation infrastructure

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or quantitative leadership roles
• Experience leading BI and analytics in a large global organization
• Proven background in two-sided marketplace or platform business
• Expertise in experimental strategy with measurable business impact
• Experience collaborating with C-suite and Board stakeholders
