VP, Data Center Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a portfolio of 40+ data centers, ensuring reliability and performance
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for regional operations teams
• Drive operational consistency while adapting to local needs and customer requirements
• Foster a culture focused on safety, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Oversee maintenance and performance of critical infrastructure to support uptime
• Develop and coach a high-performing operations leadership team across the organization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in mission critical or industrial operations
• Significant experience leading multi-site operations across diverse geographies
• Deep expertise in MEP systems and data center environments
• Proven track record of improving operational consistency and performance at scale
• Experience handling operational risk and managing incidents effectively
• Strong command of safety, compliance, and risk management principles
• Excellent executive communication skills with ability to influence across all levels
