VP, Curation Products
The VP of Curation Products is a strategic leadership role for someone with a clear vision of the future of adtech and data products. You’ll drive the product roadmap for Bridge’s curation business, aligning technology, data, marketing, and sales around a cohesive strategy that anticipates market shifts and drives revenue, margin, and market share. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of data, identity, and media and wants to shape the next generation of curation products.
About the role
This is a seat-at-the-table role for a leader with a genuine point of view on where adtech and data products are heading and the operational discipline to execute. You’ll own the product vision, define the roadmap, and build a high-performing product team while partnering cross-functionally to ensure Bridge’s curation products are differentiated, commercially viable, and built for scale.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evangelize a multi-year product strategy for Bridge’s curation businesses that is differentiated, commercially grounded, and scalable.
- Drive the end-to-end curation product roadmap, balancing internal capabilities with evolving buyer and seller demand to create a market-leading solution.
- Anticipate structural changes in the programmatic ecosystem (e.g., identity deprecation, SPO, data clean rooms, AI-driven targeting) and translate them into proactive product decisions.
- Establish internal alignment for the product vision across leadership and represent Bridge externally through thought leadership, industry events, and published POVs.
- Collaborate with senior product leadership to ensure the curation roadmap aligns with Bridge’s company-wide product vision and go-to-market priorities.
- Execution & Go-to-Market
- Develop and manage the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through launch and long-term evolution, aligned with company objectives.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure products are built for market adoption, with clear packaging, positioning, and go-to-market readiness.
- Identify opportunities to expand Bridge’s product footprint through organic development, partnerships, or adjacencies informed by customer and market intelligence.
- Define success metrics for every product surface and hold the team accountable for outcomes like revenue growth, adoption, retention, margin, and market differentiation.
- Team & Culture
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of clarity, ownership, and high performance.
- Collaborate across Technology, Data, Marketing, and Sales to deliver cohesive product experiences and ensure execution against a shared vision.
- Champion continuous improvement with tight feedback loops, data-informed decisions, and a focus on raising the team’s bar.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing sell-side product organizations.
- Deep expertise in AdTech, data products, and digital media, with hands-on experience in curation, supply-side platforms (SSPs), private marketplaces (PMPs), and/or curated deal environments.
- Direct experience with identity solutions, data clean rooms, or privacy-preserving data collaboration technologies.
- Proven track record building and scaling B2B SaaS or platform products in the data or media ecosystem, from concept through commercial success.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategy that drives measurable revenue growth and market differentiation.
- Exceptional communication skills, equally fluent with engineers, executives, and commercial audiences, and capable of simplifying complex technical and market concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform prioritization, justify investment, and measure outcomes.
- Skilled cross-functional leader who can align stakeholders without direct authority and build momentum across organizations.
- Familiarity with programmatic infrastructure, identity graphs, audience data platforms, and the evolving signal landscape in a post-cookie environment.
- Active industry presence (e.g., conference speaking, published POVs, or recognized thought leadership in adtech, data, or programmatic media) strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
