Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for the company’s Corporate Systems organization
- Drive AI-first transformation through enterprise AI and automation
- Shape a world-class corporate engineering function for business processes
- Lead engineering strategy for core business platforms including ServiceNow and Workday
- Establish technical standards and governance across enterprise systems
- Partner with executives to define strategic roadmaps for efficiency and experience
- Coach and develop an inclusive, high-performing leadership team
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and G&A teams for maximum business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Significant technical leadership experience in business systems or enterprise technology organizations
- Deep expertise in enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, or Workato
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in People, Finance, and Legal for business transformation
- Demonstrated success in enterprise technology modernization initiatives
- Passion for AI with practical experience in generative AI capabilities
- Proven ability to build partnerships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Strong communication skills for providing actionable feedback
