About the role
The VP, Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing all compliance initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and investigations
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in compliance roles
- Proven track record in managing compliance programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
