VP, Compliance

About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive compliance and audit oversight plan
• Lead and supervise compliance management teams and initiatives
• Promote a culture of compliance and serve as a compliance expert
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance compliance practices
• Develop and maintain audit processes and tools across business lines
• Investigate non-compliance reports and implement corrective actions

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in clinical compliance or regulatory roles in healthcare
• 3-5 years managing teams or enterprise-level employees
• 3-5 years in conducting compliance investigations
• Expertise in integrating clinical and operational data
• Familiar with electronic medical records systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Nursing license or clinical equivalent preferred, CHC certification preferred

Pay

$200,000 – $240,000 annually
