About the Role
For our client, we are seeking a VP Clinical & Digital Outcomes to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and digital endpoint strategy across therapeutic areas and enterprise customer
- Advise customers on clinical program endpoint selection and optimization
- Stay updated on trends in digital measures and endpoint validation to guide customers effectively
- Build and maintain TA frameworks with concise reusable assets to support commercial growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure TA strategies align with platform capabilities
- Engage with external advisors to keep frameworks credible and relevant
- Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation discussions with customer stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in clinical development, digital health, or life sciences consulting, ideally within a CRO or service provider
- Experience with TA-level strategies and enterprise customers, serving as a clinical and strategic advisor
- Familiarity with digital endpoints, sensors, real-world data, or evidence-generation strategies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Pay
$150,000 – $200,000 annually
