What You Will Do
- Create and deploy the 3-year strategy and frame for the fragrance category across all Luxe brands.
- Leverage our multi-faceted portfolio to manage go-to-market execution, driving category transformation and sustainable growth.
- Translate multi-brand portfolios into compelling local stories, optimizing yearly activation plans for outstanding market-share gains.
- Master shopper and consumer competitive landscapes to identify whitespace and opportunities for growth.
- Proactively share insights regarding category needs, gaps, and opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
- Define and track KPIs for success, monitoring market share and category net revenue.
- Strategize and frame the long-term and short-term strategic plan towards our retailers for the fragrance category.
- Identify white-space opportunities within the US fragrance category and serve as a key strategic advisor to BUs and DMIs to co-create and prioritize innovation roadmaps.
- Design and recommend Category Activation plans to leverage category strategies, collaborating with business unit and CMO leadership.
- Collaborate with the CMO team, commercial, and marketing teams to adapt global strategies into compelling local retail selling stories, ensuring effective and clear go-to-market plans for growth in fragrance.
- Support sales teams to frame category joint-business-plan implementation within the Customers organization.
- Build relationships of trust with top stakeholders by providing expertise on customer behavior and market trends, and co-design activation strategies for the fragrance category.
- Establish and share best practices on sales activation, including assortment optimization and promotional calendars.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration both locally and globally, providing local shopper, market, retailer, and distribution insights to anticipate and drive category shifts within fragrance.
Who You Are
- Fragrance Authority: Deep expertise and understanding of the fragrance category, with strong understanding of prestige and luxury dynamics.
- Data-driven decision-making experience.
- P&L management experience is a must.
- Experience with category vision and growth management.
- Fragrance Marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
