VP Bus Development & Physician Strategy

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates effective processes which promote positive working relationships with the medical staff.
• Collaborates with the Medical Leadership to identify opportunities for physician recruitment and new patient care program development.
• Determines and proposes compensation models for newly recruited providers, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer to obtain approval.
• Evaluates, develops, and monitors service lines for volume trends and profitability, as well as gaps in service lines; takes necessary actions to fill the gaps and grow the business.
• Establishes a community presence and outreach initiatives in collaboration with the executive team, ensuring access to care for those in need through clinics.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in business development or physician strategy.
• Healthcare background preferred.
• Master’s degree or higher required.
