VP, Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead analytics strategy and portfolio operations, bringing structure, rigor, and actionable insight to support client growth. The VP will oversee measurement standards, data quality, and cross-channel analysis while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. A key focus will be evolving analytics capabilities, applying AI-enabled workflows, and translating complex data into clear recommendations that improve integrated marketing performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $147,000 – $217,000 annually Responsibilities Drive portfolio operations by setting priorities and managing risks Lead and mentor teams to foster high performance and support Establish measurement standards and ensure data quality Adapt portfolio capabilities to meet evolving client needs Advise senior clients with actionable insights from complex data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize integrated programs Champion AI and modern workflows to enhance analytics processes Qualifications 12+ years of experience in agency or client-side measurement and analytics Deep expertise in life sciences marketing, particularly HCP and patient/DTC dynamics Proficient in media, CRM, web analytics, and BI tools Strong background in cross-channel measurement, incrementality, and AI applications Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams with a growth mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics; advanced degree preferred Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401K plan with employer contributions Flexible time off and holidays Lifestyle Spending Account for personal wellness Employer-paid life and disability insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
