Pay Range: $180,000 - $195,000 Per Year

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI platforms at the enterprise level and manage the AI solutions portfolio across the organization.
• Evaluate AI technology adoption from a business risk perspective and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor AI trends and integrate new developments with cultural and technological trends.
• Facilitate structured AI adoption across teams, prioritizing client service delivery and internal operations.
• Ensure governance processes are followed and drive transparency across departments.

Requirements

• 8 years of relevant professional experience in AI implementation.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with enterprise deployment of AI platforms and change management initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
