This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to define and scale an organization-wide AI strategy at a global technology company. You will shape how AI transforms products, platforms, and customer experiences across enterprise workflows. Accountabilities As the VP, AI, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI initiatives, ensuring artificial intelligence becomes a core driver of product differentiation and business growth. You will lead cross-functional efforts to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise solutions while building the teams, infrastructure, and governance needed for long-term success. Define and execute a company-wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives, product priorities, and customer needs.Identify high-value AI opportunities across areas such as forecasting, planning, automation, productivity, and intelligent recommendations.Partner with product and engineering leaders to deliver AI-powered features that create measurable customer impact.Build and scale a world-class AI organization spanning generative AI, machine learning, data science, and applied AI engineering.Establish an operating model, hiring strategy, and capability roadmap to support AI growth.Drive the development of scalable AI platforms, data foundations, and model lifecycle processes.Partner with data and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective AI systems.Establish responsible AI practices focused on transparency, privacy, security, compliance, and ethical usage.Increase AI understanding across the organization and promote effective adoption of AI technologies.Represent the organization externally through customer engagement, industry conversations, and thought leadership. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced AI executive who combines deep technical expertise with strong product intuition, business judgment, and proven leadership capabilities. You should have a track record of delivering AI-powered solutions at scale and the ability to inspire teams through rapid technological change. Hands-on experience implementing generative AI and machine learning solutions within software products.Proven experience leading and scaling AI, data, or engineering teams in a technology environment.Strong track record of delivering AI-driven features for SaaS, enterprise software, or similar products.Experience operating at a senior executive leadership level with the ability to influence company strategy.Deep understanding of modern AI and ML technologies, including large language models, applied AI systems, and model deployment.Ability to connect technical innovation with customer outcomes, product strategy, and business value.Experience with data platforms, experimentation frameworks, and scalable AI infrastructure.Strong executive communication skills with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams.Demonstrated ability to attract, mentor, and develop exceptional AI talent.Customer-focused mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving meaningful problems through AI.Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and drive clarity at scale.
